We take pride in being able to provide customers with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all our products, along with the best in customer service.

A Limited Lifetime Warranty is offered on all products made by Melocean. This warranty is limited in that it stipulates that the product has no manufacturing or material defects. However, the warranty is void if the product has been used or cared for improperly, been subjected to user error, altered in an unauthorized manner, accidentally damaged or broken (e.g. been dropped on a hard floor) or if it has defects caused by an intentional act.

The warranty allows the product to be replaced or a refund issued for the purchase price. The warranty period covers the length of time that the initial owner retains their ownership of the product. If a product is traded or resold it will no longer be covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

When the customer returns the product, he or she must send it in such a manner that the shipment can be reliably tracked. The sender is also responsible for covering all shipping costs.

Melocean is dedicated to providing customers with the best products possible through its network of authorized dealers. Our policy is to fully honor all our product warranties and to only service products bought from an official Melocean dealer whom we’ve authorized to sell our products. Products must be returned to us with proof of purchase and/or a receipt, without any exceptions. If you happen to buy a Melocean product from another supplier who is not an authorized dealer, the Melocean warranty would be invalid. The Melocean Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover products that have been purchased from other unauthorized suppliers and/or resellers.

The unavoidable truth is that there are certain websites and resellers who falsely claim that they are authorized Melocean dealers, but in fact they are not. Moreover, special attention must be paid when making a purchase through Amazon sellers since many of them claim to be authorized Melocean dealers when they are not. Melocean products sold through these websites or by other unauthorized online dealers do not come with a valid Melocean Lifetime Warranty. 

You can ONLY buy an authentic Melocean product through Amazon IF you are making the purchase from a dealer who is legally authorized to sell Melocean products. 

If you send a product to Melocean asking for it to be replaced and the product turns out to be counterfeit or an item manufactured by someone else, we will email you a detailed explanation on what steps to take to retrieve your item. We will give you 3 business days to contact us requesting that we return the item to you with the understanding that you are responsible for shipping costs.
